Check brake pads & discs/ drums
Clean & adjust brakes including parking brake travel
Check ABS system by GM Tech II diagnostic equipment*
(D) Steering System
Check & replenish power steering fluid*
Check steering system for leaks & damage
Check electrical assisted steering system*
Check tie rod end play & dust boots
Check steering knuckle ball joint
(E) Electrical System
Check & replenish battery electrolyte*
Check battery condition by electronic battery analyser
Check windscreen wiper, washer nozzle for setting & operation
Check windscreen wiper blades for damage
Check & replenish windscreen wiper washer fluid
Check body electrical system such as lighting, power windows, indicators, etc.
Reset service interval display*
Check air conditioning system
Check anti-theft system*
(F) Tyre (including spare tyre)
Check tyre wear & tear condition
Check tyre tread depth
Adjust tyre to correct pressure
Tyre rotation, if necessary
(G) Miscellaneous
Check headlamp washer nozzle*
Check & replenish windshield washer tank(s)
Check wiper operation & condition
Check condition of all water hoses, hydraulic & fuel pipes
Check leakage of oil, fuel & water
Check airbag system with GM Tech II diagnostic equipment
Under chassis cleaning
Lubricate all hinges (door, hood, trunk), if necessary
Road test and final quality check

Remarks: If the vehicle is used under severe condition, service will need to
be carried out more frequently than usual.
